This traditional South African farmer's sausage gets its predominant flavors from coriander and vinegar. The focal point of any braai, boerewors is best unadorned and served simply with grilled onions and red juicy tomatoes.

Ingredients: Beef, water, vinegar powder, salt, coriander, spices, malt extract, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite
Heating Instructions: Heat Sausages in a saute pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, approximately 4-6 minutes.
Alternate Method: Heat sausages over a hot grill.
Cooking Tips:
1) Sauté sausage and onions until golden brown and serve over mashed potatoes.
2) Serve grilled sausage in a roll with diced tomato, onions, sweet peppers and peri-peri sauce.
