A minimum order of 4 packages or 1 Variety Combo Pack is REQUIRED before placing your order or your order may be delayed and you will get a call from customer service at Jack's Gourmet.

We ship orders every Monday and Tues.  Please allow 1-2 days to receive your order.

All orders are packed in insulated foam boxes with gel ice packs to keep your products nice and cold.

Ingredients: Beef, Salt, Sugar, Smoke Flavor, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite  

Heating Suggestions: Place Facon slices into an un-heated skillet and fry over medium heat until crispy on each side. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately. Wrap seasoned cubes of chicken breast with Facon. Skewer and grill or broil for a great dish! Serve with maple syrup for a wild treat.
