Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage: fry sausage and serve on a roll with shredded carrots, diced celery and mock ranch dressing; garnish with crispy golden onion rings. Sautee sausage with par-cooked potatoes and lots of onions; serve with a fried egg. 


Turkey & Apple-Cranberry : add finely diced sausage to any stuffing recipe for an incredible boost of flavor. Add diced sautéed sausage to your omelet along with caramelized onions and serve with breakfast potatoes. Grill sausage and serve on whole-grain bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo and honey.


Jamaican Style Jerk Chicken : sautee sliced sausage and serve atop a healthy portion of rice and beans. Add sliced sausage to your favorite coconut chicken and potato stew. Grill sausage and serve on a soft onion roll with corn salsa.


Sweet Italian Sausage: sauté sliced sausage until golden brown and mix into your favorite pasta sauce. Fry sausage with peppers and onions and serve on a crusty Italian roll. Pair with a glass of Italian Merlot.


Hot Italian Sausage: sauté diced sausage until golden brown and mix into your favorite stuffing. Fry sausage with onions and mushrooms and serve on a crusty Italian roll with sweet pickled peppers and baby spinach. Pair with a pint of Italian beer. 


Spicy Mexican Style Chorizo: sauté diced sausage until golden brown and mix into your favorite chili or taco sauce. Fry sausage until golden brown and serve on a roll with avocado, lettuce and mango salsa. Pair with a glass of Mexican beer or Spanish Cava.


Bratwurst: sauté diced sausage until golden brown and add to roasted potatoes for a hearty and satisfying side dish. Fry sausage until golden brown and serve on a soft roll with mustard and sauerkraut. Pair with a pint of German lager. 


Boerewors: sauté sausage and onions until golden brown and serve over mashed potatoes. Serve grilled sausage in a roll with diced tomato, onions, sweet peppers and peri-peri sauce. Pair with a glass of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.


Corned Beef: for best results, allow meat to sit at room temperature for one hour before serving. Pair with a glass of old fashioned root beer.


Pastrami: for best results, allow meat to sit at room temperature for one hour before serving. Pair with a glass of cold celery soda.
